Continual management of interfaces to a wide range of stakeholders# X2 _ i: H6 Q5 ]3 I. c( p. l
Project acquisition in the context of the entire service portfolio of GTS
* q' P& y) g9 P1 ] X7 zReview translation inquiries and prepare cost-covering quotations
+ n, J2 X$ B7 ] iOrder planning including schedule, quality and cost monitoring( R4 G8 u. W! n8 f3 ]3 V% Z' ^
Order processing in line with internal guidelines / specifications
4 f1 d8 ?+ Y/ [- X' n. _Optimization of work processes with the aim of delivering efficient and high-quality results& \: ?" B( p% [8 l; j6 E
Translation, localization and proofreading of technical documentation (Manuals, Online Help, User Interfaces, etc.); good cooperation with external vendors

Advise customers on a technical and linguistic level

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (from a famous university is a plus), successfully completed studies (technical translation, automation engineering related) or comparable training with corresponding job experience! {7 `! ~ o. b7 a9 p
Well grounded understanding of basic technical matters of translation (translation memory, content management and workflow systems); at least 2 years’ experience as a technical translator is a must (better in a localization company); H } N; C2 X' j6 E+ s. i
Excellent knowledge of the local Siemens translation market
) y! n) T l- gExcellent Chinese and English written and spoken skills; CET-6 or TEM-4 Certificate is a must, TEM-8 Certificate is a plus( t9 a2 e# C$ Z
Ability to assert oneself, focus on results and excellent analytical skills as well as a talent for planning and organizing; teamwork spirit and good communication skills
