Continual management of interfaces to a wide range of stakeholders9 O, E; o5 ~4 [# P
Project acquisition in the context of the entire service portfolio of GTS
% ?# f# f9 y6 J% x$ ]0 HReview translation inquiries and prepare cost-covering quotations! D9 i# t& L0 N+ \7 j8 o N% {
Order planning including schedule, quality and cost monitoring, m2 \2 m! t; C* t# M. F- J
Order processing in line with internal guidelines / specifications- t) c, Q0 A9 m1 H0 T1 u
Optimization of work processes with the aim of delivering efficient and high-quality results" \ {) l+ ]+ q- v8 ?3 k
Translation, localization and proofreading of technical documentation (Manuals, Online Help, User Interfaces, etc.); good cooperation with external vendors

Advise customers on a technical and linguistic level

" B) @& j6 t0 \What do I need to qualify for this job?) U* p% m: G6 U% O" l

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (from a famous university is a plus), successfully completed studies (technical translation, automation engineering related) or comparable training with corresponding job experience) Q- B% g, Y- m O
Well grounded understanding of basic technical matters of translation (translation memory, content management and workflow systems); at least 2 years’ experience as a technical translator is a must (better in a localization company)) ~5 X( j; X M; F0 Z' {; E$ ^% c
Excellent knowledge of the local Siemens translation market
E$ u$ R7 A+ \( z3 w! jExcellent Chinese and English written and spoken skills; CET-6 or TEM-4 Certificate is a must, TEM-8 Certificate is a plus" D6 ?- V/ B+ S4 a
Ability to assert oneself, focus on results and excellent analytical skills as well as a talent for planning and organizing; teamwork spirit and good communication skills
