First of all, I would like to wish all Chinese people a very happy new year, with much health, prosperity and success for this Year of the Rabbit.

At the start of the Lunar New Year, China can look back with great pride into the past and with even greater confidence in the future.
农历新年伊始，回顾过去，中国应当无比自豪；展望未来，中国更应信心满满。
One year ago, Beijing became the first city in Olympic history to host both the summer and winter editions of the Olympic Games – and all of you were an essential part in writing this great chapter in Olympic history.
一年前，北京成为奥运史上首个既举办过夏奥会又举办过冬奥会的“双奥之城”，这是一个载入奥运史册的宏伟篇章，你们每个人都是主角。
So as you gather to celebrate the first anniversary of the truly exceptional Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, I would like to offer my heartfelt congratulations to all of you.
北京2022冬奥会精彩非凡，值此一周年之际，我谨向大家致以热烈祝贺。
These Olympic Winter Games opened a new era for winter sports globally – driven by the enthusiasm of over 300 million Chinese people who are now engaged in sport on snow and ice.
在“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的热情带动下，这届冬奥会开启了全球冰雪运动的新时代。
The legacy of these Olympic Games is already tangible, with all the venues open to the public. In so many other aspects, Beijing 2022 has set new standards: whether it is showcasing innovative green technologies, promoting healthy and active lifestyles, or boosting the winter sport industry – the impressive legacy of the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 has set the path for the future.
北京冬奥会遗产成果已经开始惠及民众，所有奥运场馆均已面向公众开放。北京冬奥会在诸多领域树立新标，例如，展现创新绿色科技、普及健康积极生活方式、发展冰雪运动产业等。珍贵的冬奥遗产为未来发展奠定了基础。
One year ago, the genuine affection for the Olympic Games that the Chinese people always display was truly inspiring. The athletes felt this and they expressed their gratitude with outstanding performances. In doing so, they touched the hearts of so many people. In fact, more than two billion people around the world followed these Olympic Winter Games. This makes Beijing 2022 the most digitally engaged Olympic Winter Games in history.
一年前，中国人民展现出的对奥运会一如既往的热忱令人振奋。倍受鼓舞的冬奥健儿们奋力拼搏，用优异的表现加以回报。无数观众为之动容。赛事吸引了全球二十多亿人观赛，成为奥林匹克历史上数字化参与程度最高的一届冬奥会。
Following Beijing 2022, the Olympic Games continue to be the most appealing sports and entertainment event in the world.
北京冬奥会后，奥运会依然是世界上最具吸引力的体育文娱盛会。
This is why my deepest thanks and appreciation go to the Chinese people, the Chinese public authorities at all levels, the Organising Committee, the Chinese Olympic Committee, and of course, the wonderful volunteers and the Beijing 2022 staff for all your extraordinary efforts and dedicationand for all your wonderful hospitality.
因此，我要对中国人民、中国各级政府、奥组委、中国奥委会、出色的志愿者们和全体工作人员表达最深切的感激，感谢你们的辛勤付出、无私奉献和热情款待。

Thank you for your outstanding contribution to the great success of the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, and thank you for carrying this impressive Olympic legacy into the future.

Just like the athletes, all of you, the Olympic community in China, demonstrated our new Olympic mottoat its best: Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together.
