Every World AIDS Day, we remember the people who lost their lives to AIDS-related illness, and we look to a future without HIV and without stigma.
每年的世界艾滋病日，我们都怀念那些因艾滋病相关疾病而离开我们的人，我们期待着没有艾滋病毒、没有歧视的未来。
For World AIDS Day 2019, I'm wearing a red ribbon to stand in solidarity with people living with HIV. Effective prevention and treatments are available. We have the tools to end HIV transmission, but what's needed now are resources and action.
2019年世界艾滋病日，我戴着红丝带，与所有艾滋病毒携带者站在一起。有效的预防和治疗并非奢求。我们拥有结束艾滋病毒传播的工具，但现在需要的是资源和行动。
Labour will ensure sexual health services that meet the needs of all communities are properly funded. And we will make PrEP（Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis） widely available to prevent new HIV transmissions.
工党将确保满足所有社区需求的性健康服务获得适当的资金。我们将广泛提供“HIV暴露前预防”措施，以防止新的艾滋病毒传播。
Alongside healthcare solutions we also need to end the stigma around HIV. We will support people living with HIV to live happy and healthy lives. One in five people living with HIV in the UK have reported that they've needed help because of loneliness and because of isolation. Three quarters of those people said they were not able to find suitable support.
除了医疗保健解决方案，我们还要消除对艾滋病毒的歧视。我们将支持艾滋病毒携带者过上幸福和健康的生活。在英国，有五分之一的艾滋病毒感染者报告说需要得到帮助，其原因便是感到孤独和受到孤立。其中四分之三的人说他们得不到适当的支持。
This must change. We will make crisis services available 24/7. HIV isn't just an issue here, it's an international challenge. British overseas development aid for combating HIV has declined to its lowest level in recent years, even though people living with HIV in the Global South are threatened by the emergence of HIV drug resistance. We must address the unaffordable price of medicines charged by the big pharmaceutical companies to people living with HIV in the world's poorest countries.

We're committed to ending new HIV transmissions in England by 2030, but our larger aim should be to eradicate AIDS all around the world. I hope you will join me in pledging to continue the fight against AIDS. Let's rock the ribbon together.
