大家好！在香港回归祖国25周年之际，我再次来到香港，感到十分高兴。
Good afternoon. Hong Kong has returned to the motherland for 25 years. Coming to Hong Kong again, I feel so delighted.
明天是香港回归祖国25周年庆典日，全国各族人民都将和香港同胞一道庆祝这件喜事。在此，我向香港同胞致以热烈祝贺和美好祝愿。
Tomorrow will be the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland. People of all ethnic groups across the country will join Hong Kong residents for this big event. Here, I would like to express my best wishes to Hong Kong residents.
距我上次到香港来已经过了五个春秋，这五年我一直关注着香港，牵挂着香港。我的心、中央政府的心和香港同胞在一起。
It has been five years since my last visit to Hong Kong. In the past five years, Hong Kong has always been in my mind. My heart and also the heart of the central government are always with Hong Kong people.
过去的一段时间里，香港经受了一次次严峻考验，战胜了一个个风险挑战。历经风雨后，香港浴火重生，呈现出蓬勃的生机。
In the past few years, Hong Kong has withstood many severe tests and conquered a number of risks and challenges. Having gone through hardships, Hong Kong sets sail again. It also demonstrates a high level of vigor and vitality.
事实证明，“一国两制”具有强大的生命力，它能确保香港长期繁荣稳定，维护香港同胞的福祉。“一国两制”是个好制度。正可谓，“行而不辍，未来可期”。只要我们毫不动摇的坚持“一国两制”，香港的未来一定会更美好，香港一定会为中华民族伟大复兴做出新的更大的贡献。
The practice has shown the principle of “One Country, Two Systems” is powerful. This will ensure the long-term prosperity and stability in Hong Kong and also safeguard the well-being of Hong Kong people. “One Country, Two Systems” is a sound policy. We are looking forward to the bright future. As long as we stay committed to the policy of “One Country, Two Systems”, Hong Kong will embrace a brighter future. Hong Kong will make greater contribution to the rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
