Continual management of interfaces to a wide range of stakeholders' I& y0 L1 K6 T. v3 v- C
Project acquisition in the context of the entire service portfolio of GTS3 P* K5 r! H4 r' v
Review translation inquiries and prepare cost-covering quotations
1 i1 p0 c) t+ ~0 P) ~Order planning including schedule, quality and cost monitoring
6 K/ O$ D& x5 O0 z' [6 MOrder processing in line with internal guidelines / specifications
/ M9 I9 }6 C7 X6 N' ?Optimization of work processes with the aim of delivering efficient and high-quality results
1 W9 d0 f, ~% dTranslation, localization and proofreading of technical documentation (Manuals, Online Help, User Interfaces, etc.); good cooperation with external vendors% Y' e# E( {# M* H
Research, define and provide terminology
" u+ p) i7 F% ?) B. j# X* N7 \Advise customers on a technical and linguistic level
/ e# P9 g* b' p* w1 vSupport and advise external translators7 u! B$ T3 t+ o
Update the reports, and complete other tasks assigned by the superior: U& D% W7 L3 e' A
9 G9 ~- X+ t! h9 D5 Z( l3 F; l3 cWhat do I need to qualify for this job?+ m* u. h1 m4 T9 H ?

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (from a famous university is a plus), successfully completed studies (technical translation, automation engineering related) or comparable training with corresponding job experience
4 ~$ z: \0 m- r5 b/ GWell grounded understanding of basic technical matters of translation (translation memory, content management and workflow systems); at least 2 years’ experience as a technical translator is a must (better in a localization company)
; v# k; R: v: U, G3 `' ?8 l: UExcellent knowledge of the local Siemens translation market
% V g( a A: I2 j* q9 HExcellent Chinese and English written and spoken skills; CET-6 or TEM-4 Certificate is a must, TEM-8 Certificate is a plus; ^" @2 X3 J8 ?
Ability to assert oneself, focus on results and excellent analytical skills as well as a talent for planning and organizing; teamwork spirit and good communication skills. d: B) ~; U X( `6 v2 {7 S
Prefer basic understaning about German6 D" f( e/ `1 ^+ Z) {& [. t
