3 Q+ Y7 Y+ N, L8 eContinual management of interfaces to a wide range of stakeholders
" b T) ]6 z# v4 xProject acquisition in the context of the entire service portfolio of GTS
3 R; v, a6 ^: M lReview translation inquiries and prepare cost-covering quotations
* a9 ~0 q; d6 O: l% ^! o sOrder planning including schedule, quality and cost monitoring
! L, U. C. ~5 n. `0 D: `/ XOrder processing in line with internal guidelines / specifications' o! e+ I& F4 p8 s
Optimization of work processes with the aim of delivering efficient and high-quality results
- J8 x6 [+ l/ [2 R& g1 \& w5 A% KTranslation, localization and proofreading of technical documentation (Manuals, Online Help, User Interfaces, etc.); good cooperation with external vendors: n" t6 ^; f" c5 F0 [
Research, define and provide terminology

Support and advise external translators+ l( f% s! E- q: c

; ~3 r4 B+ i, e* b: K3 c- TWhat do I need to qualify for this job?
/ W& c+ i+ ~5 E' }' e: [* X) x7 c* j3 V3 E. ~+ Z( X
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (from a famous university is a plus), successfully completed studies (technical translation, automation engineering related) or comparable training with corresponding job experience. ?: k+ t' t+ a- ^+ C# A% X
Well grounded understanding of basic technical matters of translation (translation memory, content management and workflow systems); at least 2 years’ experience as a technical translator is a must (better in a localization company)
/ _% T: O$ n+ OExcellent knowledge of the local Siemens translation market9 @ {# s4 p0 C- l2 M3 ?) w
Excellent Chinese and English written and spoken skills; CET-6 or TEM-4 Certificate is a must, TEM-8 Certificate is a plus# ~. W0 g4 w" g# H0 X/ t
Ability to assert oneself, focus on results and excellent analytical skills as well as a talent for planning and organizing; teamwork spirit and good communication skills
