1. To provide value added support in business matters to Group president in most effective productive manner;
, @2 V; j2 ~7 y7 T: m7 X2. To provide excellent translation or interpretation support where needed;
: i- K' j  p$ i- a3. To exercise assistance to business reception act with tact to greet meet visitors prospective business partners;
4 `8 i8 L, V& E; \4. To support President with all oversea matters business;
& s1 _4 Z( R1 h, y' N  y5. To prepare/translate necessary documentations, attend make minutes for Board meetings as well as other important meetings provide efficient follow uo actions;
8 Y9 E0 x, s, o1 ~: C: u! z, z6. To coordinate daily schedules, business travel related logistic arrangements for President;
7. To assist with internal Admin. matters when necessary;
/ y$ A5 O& ^  A. [/ D) H8. To provide other personal miscellaneous support to President where needed.

Requirements:

) s) Q/ N2 s2 V* w$ m1 E: \" t; c, X1. Bachelor degree or above with major in English (German as add value), overseas experience is prefered;
& j" \$ U" T1 q. R! K  q2. Top English skill in interpreter translation,
, t1 j9 x* Y) s! [9 H( N8 t3 k6 U3. TEM 8 or relevant certificates, with financial,acquisation,legal area translation experience is prefered;
5 Y* v& C9 b- B- p' b$ `& o6 k9 v: J4. Excellent PC skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word,Excel,powerpoint etc.
5 B- Z5 Z. c% O+ U# `5. Strong responsibility, teamwork spirit keeping confidential information.
& _; l8 V* @& G% p7 z6. Strong interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, amiable personality.
