Responsibility： : e; D+ w4 p j/ R 8 g8 R5 D3 A; O" \, U1. To provide value added support in business matters to Group president in most effective productive manner; 0 v; c1 p# Q s1 G2. To provide excellent translation or interpretation support where needed;- F4 A: W1 [8 q, ^: u
3. To exercise assistance to business reception act with tact to greet meet visitors prospective business partners; 7 k* l$ z* b# D( v4 s# c! k4. To support President with all oversea matters business;% U( X: Y# O9 {2 f# g/ U) _
5. To prepare/translate necessary documentations, attend make minutes for Board meetings as well as other important meetings provide efficient follow uo actions; , k% o! Z6 y; Y4 Q4 W" U. D$ R6. To coordinate daily schedules, business travel related logistic arrangements for President;6 H" t, [. F0 G0 Y
7. To assist with internal Admin. matters when necessary; 7 \: R$ ^8 y9 H$ A# D8. To provide other personal miscellaneous support to President where needed. & r& u# Z* A+ y8 z$ f9 L5 Q1 m
Requirements:- ^) Q4 _$ L- p ]8 n6 ^# @/ }
2 p/ ?' c3 L& H1. Bachelor degree or above with major in English (German as add value), overseas experience is prefered;4 u* I; t% T3 A
2. Top English skill in interpreter translation, " _7 r+ i7 M1 v7 J# g& I+ c
3. TEM 8 or relevant certificates, with financial,acquisation,legal area translation experience is prefered;" ?4 i2 r% r8 G: h
4. Excellent PC skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word,Excel,powerpoint etc. : y6 Z, @: D2 X, J8 R+ J% B- M5.
